Continuing the Collecting

Lately I have been thinning out the collection and have decided to work more on the machines I have. My original Mac Pro now has 32gb of ram and a pc 8800GT running operating systems from 10.6-10.10. It truly amazes me that a machine almost 10 years old can still keep up with all the tasks I throw at it.

There is one more thing I would consider a major addition to my collecting, that is the addition of an original Power Mac all in one. The heaviest all in one Mac they have ever made at almost 60lbs this is something that almost is the complete opposite of Apple design policies today. Where today they are focusing on built in specs, this machine had a removable tray which allowed you to upgrade pretty much anything from ram to adding usb's or firewire. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and to me this thing is gorgeous!
